One of our brands is looking for a Finnish speaking multitasker, for whom no task is too big or too small. We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of back end systems and who has worked in online gaming in Operations, Customer Service, Payments, CRM or similar area. The team responsibilities are growing and we want you to join us as the new Campaign Coordinator for Suomikasino to assist from the initial setting up of campaigns to seeing them through and following up too.
You have a good understanding of campaigns, you are into the nitty gritty details and want to know more of how the technical side of campaigns work. The role will include and focus on setting up the Bonus mechanics and other customer reward driven campaigns for Casino. Your campaign set ups will be for desktop, mobile and email campaigns, aimed at increasing the activation and retaining of our customers.
You have great communication skills and will be liaising with the Suomikasino Brand Manager as well as other internal teams to deliver planned campaigns or reward setups. Working towards set targets and deadlines is very much part and parcel of the role.
Delivery of set ups is something that you will learn especially in the first months, however things don’t stop there and your opinion matters as you will becomes one of the experts in this area. For this reason you are expected to constantly improve the flows and suggest improvements.
This role can be based in either Malta or London.
