COM - Sales and Marketing Manager

Do you like building strategies and executing them?  What about building organizations?  We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager who will develop and execute our multi-channel go-to-market plans for products in the genomics technology area.  This is a new role in the company and part of our highly functional commercial sales and marketing team.

 

You are:

  • Experienced in technical sales and marketing genomic technologies

  • Experience in establishing and executing go-to-market strategies including revenue marketing, SEM/SEO, and B2B

  • Bonus Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a life science or equivalent experience. MBA in marketing preferred

  • Experience with CRM and Marketo tools

  • 5 years Sales and/or Marketing experience

  • Location: SF Bay Area

You will be:

  • The start of our commercial team

  • Developing go-to-market strategies including product launch, lead generation, content generation, funnel management and sales tools

  • Developing and implementing pricing strategies, sales budgets and marketing plans, including targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Assisting in preparation of communications materials to customers

  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders that can become product advocates, provide business and technical insights, identify market needs and trends.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, markets, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new technologies and contribute to the development of the business plan.
