Meet Our Human Resources Team!

The Central HR Operations Team will be based in London and will take responsibility for key tasks such as onboarding and exits processes. The Administrators will take ownership for ensuring all data recorded in our HRIS is 100% accurate at all times and will manage this by completing tasks in a timely manner and by developing excellent relationships with the Regional HR teams. The central team has not been fully created yet and so the successful applicant will be part of the setting up of the team, the new processes and will have an active role in preparation before we Go Live as a central function. 

What You'll Do:

We currently have an opening for an HR Administrator, who will work as part of a newly created centralized team. Sprinklr has experienced exponential growth over the last five years; we’ve gone from being a start-up to 1300 staff globally and a valuation of $1.8 billion! As we continue to expand, the streamlining of processes is high on our agenda so we can ensure we’re working efficiently. Part of this streamlining involves the creation of a Central HR Operations Team, who will be responsible for managing the administration of the global HR teams.

What Are Your Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership for managing any administration within our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) for EMEA, North America, Brazil, India and Japan
  • Responsible for data inputting for all new hires and managing the onboarding process
  • Ensuring all documents related to the new hire are loaded to the Document Cloud and named, coded and tagged appropriately
  • Instigating Background Checks for all new hires and monitoring their completion
  • Making any changes related to an employee’s lifecycle, as advised by Regional HR, including, promotions, pay rises, transfers, team changes, etc.
  • Tracking all Bonus and Commission plan changes, to ensure quarter and year end payments are processed accurately
  • Processing all exits to ensure they are coded correctly in Workforce Now
  • Issuing the onboarding and exit surveys and ensuring high completion rates
  • Acting as an advocate and policing data integrity at all times
  • Developing relationships with the Regional HR team to ensure they are confident their tasks will be completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Providing constructive feedback on centralized processes and ensuring they’re efficient in nature

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

This is a great entry role for somebody who has a real interest in Human Resources. At Sprinklr the HR function is known as the People & Places team and incorporates, recruitment, learning & development, employee experience and office management; and so there are numerous development opportunities available for the right candidate. 

  • An administrator who has completed further education or equivalent
  • Demonstrable skills in data entry and excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service, building relationships and resolving conflicts
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, given the global nature of the Regional HR Teams and potential language barriers
  • Highly literate in Office, mainly Word and Excel, including formatting documents and running basic formulas in Excel
  • An organised individual who is comfortable multi-tasking, given various queries could be coming in from around the globe
  • Experience of working for a global company
  • Experience of working with large numbers of activities and queries and committed to a high standard of work at all times
  • Flexible with working hours to account for the global teams supported
  • Portuguese language skills are highly desirable
