B2B Sales - Enrollment Coordinator

Our B2B Sales program is rapidly expanding and we are looking for the right people to join. The right candidate will have outbound phone experience and proven computer skills. This position entails contacting existing Wayfair customers with the intention of qualifying and enrolling into the Business Account Management program.  Other critical success factors for this role include a competitive spirit, a great attitude and flexibility.


• Work through a list of leads and contact customers by phone and email
• Maintain minimum of 100+ outbound call expectations
• Use customer relationship management system to maintain lead/account information and keep accurate notes on all activity and opportunities


• 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling preferred
• Experience in qualifying and selling over the phone
• Strong skills in personal computing, information look up and data entry
• Highly effective oral and written skills
• Previous experience with Business to Business sales preferred
• Regular, reliable attendance
