About the position
Showpad is growing fast and we are looking for a Sales Enablement manager to help us scale the European Sales Organization. As a Sales Enablement manager, you will help design, create and deliver training, certification and sales performance improvement initiatives. In doing this, you coordinate between different departments to ensure alignment of initiatives with the company’s objectives. You are genuinely passionate about building organizational capabilities, sales and organizational learning. Above all, you bring energy, enthusiasm and the desire to grow yourself, your team and the company.
Identify opportunities and implement solutions to drive sales performance improvement through 1) knowledge and skill enhancement; 2) process improvement; 3) utilization of tools and systems
