The Customer Journey Manager is responsible for Monitoring, Planning, and Building our customer's lifecycle plan to maximize customer’s potential.

The Customer Journey Manager will collaborate with our Customer Success Managers and team leaders to build the customer strategy and advise the Head of Customer Journey and VP of Customer Success on priorities and business challenges.

This is a full time position reporting the Head of Customer Journey, based in Tel Aviv.


  • Monitor, Measure and Map every stage of customer’s journey and status.
  • Lead strategic initiatives in the fields of customers onboarding, activation and lifecycle planning.
  • Lead strategy team meetings on accounts at priority
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to enable Customer Success reps and Product Consultants reaching customer’s goals and success.
  • Advise Customer Success management about risks, new opportunities and help them see the full picture and prioritize accordingly.
