Administrative Assistant - CXO & CMO

Casper is looking for an Administrative Assistant in our New York office to support the CXO and CMO. These two executives lead many critical business functions and require the talents of an extremely organized and experienced professional. The ideal candidate will be bright, supportive, adaptive, self-motivated and a creative problem-solver. The ideal candidate will also have experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.  


  • Heavy calendar management and strategy, including but not limited to scheduling team events, group meetings, recurring 1:1’s
  • Map out yearly travel schedule and schedule all domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries
  • Act as a gatekeeper, often times making judgment calls on behalf of executives, prioritizing meetings and pivoting as necessary to keep executives on track with daily commitments
  • Partner with other administrative and executive assistants to build strategic calendar of executive events and priorities
  • Maintain complete confidentiality when handling sensitive and non-routine information
  • Coordinate logistics for visitors to and meetings in the NY office
  • Track expenses and create detailed expense reports
  • Support leadership with personal tasks


  • 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, ideally for a C-Level executive (some light PA work will be required)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive by nature, always looking to improve and further your skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Experience with Google for work suite of products, specifically google mail and calendar
  • Experience booking and managing travel
