About The Role: Account Executive

Yieldbot is seeking an ​Account Executive for our growing Agency Sales team. In this role you will establish and grow relationships with agencies and marketers in order to drive deals, secure new clients, and grow revenue. This role requires outstanding relationship-building and presentation skills and includes recurring in-person meetings as well as frequent calls and entertaining.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive sales and generate revenue within your portfolio of accounts

  • Exceed aggressive quarterly revenue goals

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Prospect and secure new clients

  • Work strategically across the company and collaborate with account management, product, and engineering teams

  • Represent Yieldbot at industry events and occasions and contribute to the profile of the company
  • Manage your sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term growth and success  

What You Bring:

  • 2-4 years of experience in advertising sales, business development, and/or online media environment (experience with agencies and marketers of all types in NYC is a plus)
  • Understanding of the ad tech world as well as digital performance marketing
  • Extremely proactive, organized, and driven
  • Some understanding of SEM is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who can work in a very fast moving environment
  • Person of high character
