What is the project about?

As a designer for KYC (Know Your Customer), your job is to design and improve digital experiences for our analysts around the globe, who are trying to find suspicious clients and transactions and fight cybercrime. The main challenge is helping the business transition from product-focus to focusing on customer experiences and helping the business creating digital journeys focused on customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a small design team, led by a Lead Designer. You will meet weekly to check-in and have weekly design review sessions;
  • You work with the product teams from KYC but your home is the Chapter Design
  • Work on both operational design projects together with the development squads and shape the overall experience journey.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience, as a Designer with strong research experience;
  • Confidence to take responsibility and ownership of large, complex design projects
  • Experience in creating user journeys and transfer research insights into design concepts;
  • Experience with managing (internal) stakeholders to align business goals, user needs, and design quality.
  • Connect the user experience to solution development and translate customer needs into design functionalities;
  • Self-starter who is result oriented, with the ability to relate to the culture and organization.
  • Language : English and Dutch mandatory
