Mattermark is seeking a customer support specialist who will work with our customers to provide a delightful, consistent, and rewarding experience with the Mattermark platform. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering to elevate and resolve customer issues, while prioritizing and triaging incoming requests. You will have the opportunity to interact with influential dealmakers and help them solve critical problems using Mattermark.
