Customer Success Developer, iZettle – Stockholm and UK

We started iZettle with a single mission: to empower small-business owners to sell smarter by offering them the tools typically reserved for bigger players. We have come a long way, but there is so much exciting work ahead of us. Therefore, we need the best and brightest people to help us get it done. Our fast-growing start-up was founded in 2010 and currently has approximately 450 employees across its offices in London, Berlin, Madrid, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Edinburgh and Stockholm (HQ).

We are looking for a sales-driven, competitive and hard-working Customer Success Developer for the Swedish and UK market, starting as soon as possible.

As a Customer Success Developer, your main task will be to help our newly registered users in their “Early journey” of iZettle. Additionally, your will help them develop and provide them the best service and opportunities to become loyal and locked in customers.

You need to be a people’s person and have a great energy. You are hungry, innovative and ready to always go the extra mile for our Customers, providing them with excellent support and service - in order to ensure their loyalty and continued high satisfaction.

As an experienced Customer Success Developer, you’ll have no problem nurturing a significant number of relationships with few natural touch points. Your systematic approach will mean a seamless service for our clients and a steady flow of repeat business for us.

For this position you will have a big impact on the continuous growth of our new retention team. With the right drive and attitude, there will be endless opportunities for you to grow together with iZettle.

This is a full-time position, based in Stockholm or UK, working on the Swedish or the UK market. Your team will consist of Account managers from Sweden, UK and Norway and you will report directly to the team leader in Stockholm.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in sales/account management/business development 

  • You are fluent in English 

  • Excellent communication skills 


 

It would be great if you have a business related education and B2B experience but it is not a requirement.
