Overview:

The Mid-Market Account Strategy Channel is a very important part of growth within Criteo. This team is primarily an internal based account strategy channel key to retain and grow the wide range of existing business coming from various industries and to develop a strategic partnership across Criteo’s products.

You will be responsible for the supervision of your team on a daily basis reporting to the Head of Mid-Market Sales SEA + ANZ whilst setting high standards in your current operational role.

You will be required to report on market conditions and fluctuations as well as contribute with suggestions on team improvement.

You will then monitor, optimise and incubate team performance to help with increasing our revenue and margins, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with clients.

Every day, you will:

  • Lead a team of Account Strategists people working on the SEA and ANZ regions, through example, by showing excellence in your current role.
  • Act as ‘point of contact’ for escalation issues Supervision of training for new starters
  • Conduct 121’s with your team members weekly meetings
  • Guide and lead the team through process improvement and refinement
  • Report to your senior management on performance, market conditions, fluctuations in numbers and team growth/development potential or needs
  • Attend weekly management team meetings to develop your understanding of reporting needs and to round-table discussion and development points
  • Attend coaching sessions with senior leads to develop your management skills

  • Educated to degree level with 5+ years experience in account management role
  • 1-2 years experience managing a team 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry an advantage
  • Preferable knowledge of ad serving technology and/or behavioural targeting technology
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A strong desire to succeed and demonstrated self-starter who thrives in a team environment
  • Extremely proactive, organized, responsible, and proven ability to work well with a team
