ESTECO SpA is looking for a Service and Support Engineer for its headquarters in Trieste (Italy).
About the Job
You will work in the Service and Support Team and be involved in customer/channel partner support, writing documentation, testing and performing tasks related to engineering services and projects dealing with ESTECO products.
In this position, you will:
exploit your knowledge to give technical support to customers and channel partners
work on services in several CAE disciplines
help development teams by testing product-specific features
assist your team on tasks related to European Projects
collaborate in the production of documentation such as use cases and product demos
travel for short and long periods for in-loco support assignments to customers or channel partners
interact with local and international colleagues in our Italian, USA and Indian offices
contribute to the design and implementation of our applications
