We're looking for startup oriented candidates to bring their creative problem solving skills, excellent communication and competitive drive to the team. This individual will lead a team of Business Development Managers and Representatives, responsible for acquiring new business through operational expertise and execution. This team is focused on evangelizing our solution in market, acquiring customers, and further cementing our place as a market leader.

We’re looking for a Head of Business Development who can drive strategy, growth, and operational excellence. In this role you will lead and coach a high-performing Business Development team responsible for building relationships, generating opportunities and bringing new customers on to the platform. This role reports to the General Manager for Asia Pacific.
An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales management experience and have worked in a growth-stage environment. Candidates must have a proven ability to execute a value-based sales process, drive market strategy, coach and mentor a team, and history of exceeding quarterly and yearly targets.
