About the Role:

Demandbase is looking for an ABM & Field Marketing Specialist with the skills and drive to align with our new business sales teams and generate high-quality pipeline. This role will have liaison responsibilities between Sales and Marketing and own regional field marketing plans to deliver on sales priorities through a mix of virtual and in-person marketing programs.

The ABM & Field Marketing Specialist will identify and generate awareness and demand by using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics. The focus is on engaging target accounts to meet the growth objectives of the business and drive pipeline acceleration. This marketer is also responsible for interfacing directly with sales leadership, and account owners/teams, and requires cross-team and organizational teamwork, excellent communication, and project management skills, along with a passion for creating extraordinary prospect experiences. 

The team seeks someone results-orientated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team player who will add to the Demandbase culture.

The base compensation range for this role, excluding bonus, is: $65,000 - $78,000

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute new business segment field marketing plan with input and expertise from key internal stakeholders; including webinars and virtual and in-person field programs.
  • Own a weekly sales enablement program to identify focused marketing plays for segment sales teams each week and ensure sales and SDRs are up to date on relevant marketing programs and offers.
  • Own monthly new logo acquisition webinar series to attract and engage enterprise accounts.
  • Manage two to three field events per month (sports games, regional breakfast/lunch/dinner events, sponsored partner events, etc) from start to finish, including ownership of planning, promotion, alignment with sales, and post-program follow-up to maximize revenue impact.
  • Create, optimize, and analyze end-to-end ABM campaigns across various channels, including field events, webinars, emails, microsites, and direct mail.
  • Measure and track the performance of ABM campaigns and field marketing programs to drive data-driven decisions and optimize efforts toward pipeline goals.
  • Utilize MarTech tools such as Demandbase, WordPress, Stensul, ON24, and Salesforce to build, execute, and optimize ABM and field marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders to ensure Sales and Marketing alignment on marketing programs.
  • Work with Partner and Event Marketing to collaborate on industry events, and partner field events, campaigns, and programs.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal marketing teams to ensure transparent and efficient coordination of campaigns and activities.
  • Manage the allocated Marketing budget to drive optimized investment and ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance our engagement and conversion strategies.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years of software/technology marketing experience
  • Highly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Experience creating and delivering events, webinars, and marketing campaigns that produce results.
  • The ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and sales cycles for revenue growth.
  • Track record of partnering with a high-energy, direct sales force.
  • 30% travel required

Additional Helpful Experience:

  • Experience owning pipeline targets is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Asana, and other MarTech is preferred.
