What we're looking for:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a prospecting-driven, closing sales role
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • You have previous experience selling technical and complex products
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly growing environment
  • Be an effective team player with strong customer service and creative problem-solving skills
  • You have a robust sales methodology that you continually improve
  • You’ve successfully built a book of business for an enterprise sales cycle longer than 30 days
  • Experience working with a lead-generating marketing team is a plus


What you'll do in this role:

  • Work with business development team to identify and prospect partnership opportunities
  • Develop and close opportunities with some of the most innovative tech companies
  • Systematically build and nurture a pipeline of new placements for our developers
  • Take a consultative approach to investigating clients’ needs and uncovering new partnerships
  • Work globally with client stakeholders as well as developers in Africa
