This position is a primarily remote position that is open to residents of the state of Virginia (Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties).
Responsibilities:
- Grows the territory to attain financial objectives
- Leads sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account
- Understands customers’ business and solutions requirements
- In-depth written and verbal communication skills to interact with upper leadership, staff, vendors and clients
- Territory management, including account planning and sales forecasting
Requirements
- 6+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role to Civilian Agencies, as well as 6+ years of field sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of and skilled in contract interpretation, negotiations, project management
- Advanced knowledge of strategic planning
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government personnel security clearance; active clearance preferred
