Zenreach (www.zenreach.com) is looking new members to join our world-class sales team at the opening of our new office in Scottsdale, Arizona. Although we are based in the Presidio of San Francisco, our sales reach nationwide, and provide opportunities to work closely with a variety of businesses, from small town restaurants to large chains, such as Applebee's. After starting our sales team just of a couple of years ago, we have already reached exponential growth through our efforts thus far. We want to bring that success to new heights in Phoenix with your help.   
 
In our quickly growing, fast paced work environment, you are given countless opportunities to create the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. We also provide you with extensive training both in the classroom and on-the-job, in order to hone the stellar sales skills of each of our team members. There is also ample opportunity to quickly move up throughout the company in leadership roles within a year of your start date. 
 
 
 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify, engage, consult and close local merchants on the benefits of utilizing the Zenreach Platform to increase their bottom line.  
    • Make a high volume of outbound calls to new business partners across a range of verticals including restaurants, nightlife and fast casual food establishments.  
    • Develop familiarity with each prospect's business including understanding their current marketing strategies including social media marketing, email marketing, and loyalty campaigns.  
    • Be a team player in helping the company test new sales strategies and possess the ability to step up when asked to coach other members of the team after demonstrated success. 

REQUIREMENTS

    • Previous inside sales experience is preferred but not required (we love new college grads!)   
    • Bachelor's degree 
    • Availability to work full-time  
    • Goal-oriented approach to driving sales   
    • Exceptional negotiation and consultation communication skills   
    • Ability to work hard while also having fun
