Account Executive DACH

At Famly, we’re looking for Account Executives to join our sales force as we continue to grow our market in the DACH region. 

 

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for winning new customers at Famly. Your leads will mainly be from out/inbound, and the rest will come from your own grit, getting references from closed sales or spotting new potential opportunities. Your main job is to perform product demos, understand the challenges our customers face and match it up with the Famly solution. Then the real fun begins. Getting all stakeholders on board, making sure the solution will solve all their problems, getting budget approved and finally: getting signed contracts to win new business revenue.

 

And Famly is...? Well it all began when our co-founder Henrik’s daughter was ready to start at daycare. He couldn’t believe the amount of work being done on paper - and how distant he felt from his first child during the day. The paper ‘parent’ books they exchanged once a month just weren’t cutting it. Together with his friend, our co-founder and CEO Anders, they set about solving that.

These days, the 70+ of us building Famly talk about trying to do two things for our 3,200 customers:

  • Giving children the best possible start to life.

  • Championing the vital work that goes into making that happen.

We do it with software that brings hundreds of thousands of parents closer to their child’s day while they’re away from them. We also make financial, pedagogical, and planning tools for more than 34,000 childcare professionals, saving them hours and reducing their admin stress.

Ultimately, that gives them more time and headspace for the little ones that really matter. Come help us make that happen.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Evangelising our product by engaging with prospects by video, phone or email

  • Understanding our prospects’ pains and suggesting solutions in Famly

  • Using our ever-expanding library of content to inform and inspire the market

  • Becoming an expert in our market and perfecting your pitch

  • Meet ambitious monthly quotas for new business revenue generated

  • Perform product presentations and always stay updated on our product development

  • Travel for trade shows and client meetings

  • Working closely with the inside sales team and marketing/growth team to reach the revenue targets

  • Own and manage your pipeline to ensure forward successes.

  • Collaborate with all functions across Famly to ensure that the customer experience is great across all our interactions from cradle to grave.
