Account Executive - (Major Markets)

We're always looking for experienced Account Executives with a proven track to join Brit + Co's sales team. This role will collaborate across all departments (Editorial, Creative, Marketing, Tech) to ensure s/he exceeds revenue goals while maintaining the best interest for the Brit + Co brand. This position is a great opportunity for a candidate who strives in a fast paced environment and loves helping to build and scale a company/brand. We are looking for multiple Account Executives to join the team and flexible on the specific major market location- San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA and/or Chicago, IL. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate and exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain client and agency relationships in addition to generating new leads.
  • Work with sales management to set effective sales strategies.
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with departments to create innovative content, digital, video, social, ambassador and event custom sponsorship programs.
  • Manage a sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Fulfill client requests accurately and on time.
  • Proactively send opportunities to clients.
  • Communicate market feedback and research industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years Digital Ad Sales Experience.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver 
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Organized, driven and detail oriented.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Passion for the lifestyle / DIY category.
  • Ideally some experience in CPG, Beauty and/or Lifestyle verticals. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Keynote and Google Docs
