About the Role:

As an Account Executive, MLB on the all access sales team, you will identify, source and close prospects for companies with <500 FTEs. This client-facing, quota carrying role will assist in driving revenue pipeline and closing full cycle sales opportunities. This individual will be responsible for working within the all access sales team to achieve both personal and team member growth goals for their assigned Territory or Region.

As a successful Account Executive, MLB you will be expected to:

  • Execute net new and upsell bookings for the All Access product to companies with <500 FTEs

  • Create leads through outbound hunting, as well as own the sales process through to close

  • Position the value of All Access and the future of flexible work

  • Partner with internal sales teams on large access product sales opportunities

  • Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members

  • Provide unmatched customer service to members to ensure the best possible member experience

Experience and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales, account management or related industry 

  • Comfortable using CRM platforms – Salesforce experience highly desirable

  • Experience in outbound-focused sales, hunting and chasing leads 

  • Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating  and closing sales

  • Experience in high growth SaaS is highly desirable

  • Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality

  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills

  • Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
