Account Supervisor

You already are a leader, a team builder, and a motivator. You are also articulate and strategic. Ruling the playground is kind of what this job is all about. You have an empathetic understanding of the consumer as well as the ability to be a bulldog for our creative team to meet the objectives of our clients. Account Managers are vital to Drake Cooper. Their CX focus is on day-to-day engagement, ensuring communication is clear and efficient between both agency and client. They also work collaboratively with internal teams to keep projects on schedule and moving forward. While Account Managers will work in a support role on the agency’s largest engagements, they also will gain practical experience by leading defined client engagements.

You:

Be Client-First

  • Learns and stays current with client business and industry
  • Provides responsive service to clients and internal teams
  • Supports on boarding process for new client relationships

Clarify

  • Understands the client’s key business objectives and scope of engagement
  • Creates and collaborates on creative brief development
  • Seeks to gain first-hand perspective of client culture

Communicate

  • Owns the elements of engagement: meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up with client and internal teams
  • Possess an understanding of shepherding multi-disciplinary projects through the agency with Epics and Issues.
  • Supports internal relationships within the shop across functional teams
  • Learns to set and manage client expectations
  • Develops an emotional barometer
  • Manages billing and invoicing for clients

Champion

  • When called upon, presents and reviews work with clients and internal teams
  • Is attuned to client relationship health

Catalyze

  • Understands and shares research, interprets analytics and watches industry trends to stay in front of the work
  • Leads retrospectives with client teams

Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of advertising agency experience.
