Job Description

The Account Manager forms the core of our Sales Department, where you will focus strongly on hunting new leads to acquire new accounts. You will have to push through new products of services to your network of existing accounts. You should be outspoken, confident and passionate about IT software with a strong belief that HR Software help to drive productivity and genuinely helps HR professionals to be better at their work. Personal coaching will be given to help you succeed in this role.

 

Job Duties

  • To achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales target
  • Manage the entire sales process including prospecting, qualification, closing the sales and service the account
  • Manage and track customer and transactional information to our CRM (via salesforce.com); logging all sales activity; keeping customer account current and accurate
  • Conduct face-to-face and web-based product demonstration
  • Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with minimum 1 year in IT/Software sales
  • Result-oriented with the drive to exceed sales target
  • Independent and Driven
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills with strong presentation ability

Strong interpersonal skills and an effective team player
