We at Contentive are looking for an experienced and aspiring business development professional to join our commercial team and help to grow our FinTech vertical which includes Bobsguide, GT News and Payment Eye. You will have the opportunity to build your own client-base, personal network and industry knowledge by working with and selling to some of the leading professionals in the FinTech industry.
Working in a high-performance atmosphere, you will use your commercial acumen and selling skills whilst taking the initiative – supported by our in-house experience & expertise – to attract, acquire and own key commercial accounts.
- Work autonomously to monitor and understand the digital marketing landscape and take the initiative to open up new commercial opportunities
- Engage in in-depth commercial conversations and consult with respected industry professionals to understand their marketing objectives and take control in planning campaigns to fit their needs
- Build and nurture collaborative relationships with respected marketing professionals in order to establish long-term working partnerships
- Creatively plan & effectively present high-impact marketing campaigns based on consultative conversations with clients
PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree-level educated
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role with a proven track record
- Highly communicative with an enjoyment for interacting with respected industry professionals on a commercial level
- Adept at adopting new habits and skills whilst taking the responsibility for your own time and following core commercial processes
- Confident and independent enough to work autonomously and proactively in a supportive and ambitious environment
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- A background / experience in media sales
- Knowledge of / experience with the digital marketing industry
