About the role: 

OLIVER is looking for an Account Manager to join the team! 

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal part in running and helping grow one of our client teams. In this role, you will ensure smooth delivery of projects through our teamrepresenting the clients voice within our team and advocating for our team with our clients. This team works a major Fortune 500 manufacturer based in the Twin Cities, and our scope of work is primarily but not exclusively digital content.

This client allows for in-office, hybrid or fully remote work, and we do not anticipate changes to that expectation – but for an account role, there is a slight preference toward someone who’s able to occasionally be in office and on site with team and clients. 

What you will be doing: 

  • You will take in project briefs from our client, fleshing them out to ensure we have a clear picture of the work to be done
  • Work with the designers and copywriters on projects to ensure the creative is meeting the client's brief
  • Help our team and our clients navigate unclear or competing priorities, and help solve problems with and for our clients and our team
  • You will manage the flow of projects through design and artwork, in partnership with our project managers, to manage timelines and resourcing, project plans, project budgets, and more
  • You will also be responsible for managing team data and producing monthly information reports
  • Support the Account Director with day-to-day tasks for the team 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • You must have had exposure working in a client-facing capacity, from handling client queries, to taking full and conclusive briefs
  • At least 4 years of experience working on social/digital projects
  • You will be ambitious to progress quickly
  • You will be highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, strong administrative skills
  • Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities

  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $80,000.00 to $90,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package.
