Account Manager - Equity + Base - VC / Fintech Online

Our Company is a small but growing business based in the UK and UAE and we help Entrepreneurs around the world with helping them grow and connect with potential investors. On a daily basis we work with entrepreneurs who want to build their company and we help them in that process, in the process learning a lot about different business concepts.

Our company has a Venture Capital portfolio based approach, whereby we take equity shares companies that we work for and offer our services, we already have 6 companies which are in our portfolio - we are shareholders of , see example of our portfolio companies : 
1) ROX - Music Entertainment System. 100% return, (we helped them in their seed round). Joined A round. 
2) HotNow - gaming platform in Asia . We joined in Seed round
3) Bitcoin and Eterium (300+% return)
4) Uber for aviation - CEO had a successful exit in the past . Joined in Seed round.
We are also in the process of building an automated technology product which can help us scale up as a SAAS business. We want to use the data in the one source and closed source market to connect investors to entrepreneurs around the world , helping millions of entrepreneurs in the process. 
5) Fintech investment playform with 100% growth rate backed by institutional investors.

We are also in the process of building an online platform for entrepreneurs and investors. in the next 2 years we want to be able to have total Portfolio of 100 companies. 

For the ideal candidates we are offering basic salary and also equity in our company. This person will play important role in growing the business. 

Need to have good organization skills and work well with Google sheeets, Airtable and data entry !

This is a full time position. 

Account Management :

  • Make recommendations / improvements on Executive summary of Startup companies we work with - be able to review evaluate investment deals
  • Support entrepreneurs during investors call - Investor call preparation
  • Research potential new investors to approach from online sources Crunchbase, CB insights ...
  • Participate in the investor calls - provide feedback to entrepreneurs on their pitches 
    • Organizing 121 zoom investor meetings with entrepreneurs, based in different time zones-
  • Be involved in closing Venture Capital investment deals from the beginning till the the 
  • Managing a number of Excel database of investors (updating their details, 
  • Managing a number of cluents email accounts of deals we work on, responding to investor emails 
  • Update investor feedback form for investment deals we work on Excel
  • Drafting email template for entrepreneurs about their investment opportunity 
  • Updating the investor status on deals we work on showing level of interest from investors 
  • Cross check duplicates in approached list of client and our hitlist to make sure no one is approached twice
  • Send Mail merges to potential investors on relevant deals. Manage sending of follow up mail merges 
  • Track and manage bounced emails and unsubscribes on Excel google sheets file
  • Additional responsabilities will be communicated.
