Account Manager- Horse & Hound
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join the commercial advertising team at Future to work across Britain's Leading Equestrian brand Horse & Hound
As an integral member of the team, you will be part of the commercial advertising team selling multi-platform advertising solutions spanning across print, digital and events to some of the biggest brands in the Equestrian industry. You will develop a good knowledge of the Future brands and ad products to enable your success.
As an Account Manager, you will deliver on the advertising revenue targets across all platforms (digital, print, experiential), managing your client needs to ensure the business goals are met

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Future to your clients, identify client needs and create advertising solutions that will win business.
- Build and maintain sales relationships that will create a sales pipeline that ensures you will achieve your monthly and quarterly sales target.
- Develop a good knowledge of the Future brands and ad products to enable your success.
- Ensure you grow your patch and achieve ongoing success with and for your clients.
- Maximise commercial opportunities. generating advertising revenue from clients across your vertical and others where appropriate. Sell print, digital, creative solutions and relevant events and awards sponsorship.
- Identifying sales prospects, developing strategic plans, preparing presentations, negotiating sales packages and schedules
- Cultivate, develop and maintain relationships with key advertising decision makers
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver creative solutions for clients
- Develop relationships to identify and bring in unique opportunities that can drive incremental revenue
Requirements

- Strong sales skills
- Excellent influencing, Objection handling & Negotiation skills
- Experience in selling multi-platform advertising solutions
- Confidence in digital is ideal.
- Determination, resilience, passion and focus.
