Account Manager, Inside (アカウントマネージャー, インサイド)

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and owning a long-term Account Strategy for customers. You will be responsible for retention and expansion of accounts in addition to driving adoption of our Market Intelligence solutions in core processes across the business. You will own the relationship with customers and key decision makers helping them with reaching business goals and KPI's leveraging Market Intelligence and our Consulting services.

As an Account Manager at SimilarWeb you will:

  • Manage and grow long-term partnerships with Similarweb customers, which include some of the biggest brands in Japan
  • Understand customers’ business goals, and proactively support achieving those goals using Similarweb solutions
  • Lead the commercial relationship with the customer, including quarterly business reviews, contract renewal and expansion
  • Work with Customer Success Analysts to maximize the engagement and product adoption of end-users
  • Continuously identify and lead up-sell opportunities
  • Influence future lifetime value and new business growth through customer advocacy and reference-ability

 What will I bring to the team?

  • Proven commercial experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager for software or internet-based solutions
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing space
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence, confidently handle objections, and resolve customer issues.
  • Experience in consultative sales processes in large, complex prospect organisations
  • Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management of prospect organisations.
  • Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company
