We’re looking for an organized and capable Account Manager with an Ad Operations background to help us manage our ad business across Mozilla’s entire platform, while delivering excellent customer service to our brands and partners.
On the Mozilla Ads team, you’ll work directly with our Sales, Editorial, and Product Teams to manage and improve our advertising operations. You will be responsible for setting up and managing ad campaigns across our platform, and owning those campaigns from start to finish. You’ll also be the primary point person for all client inquiries, making recommendations on all aspects of the ad campaign. This includes modifying copy, pacing, targeting parameters, and analyzing ongoing campaign performance to make each campaign perform at its best during the entire time it runs across Mozilla.
You will work closely with the Sales team to see campaigns from planning to launch and be solely responsible for activation and post campaign activities. Our clients rely on the judgment of our Account Managers, and this role is crucial to the success of long term client relationships and Mozilla’s ultimate revenue goals.
