ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our New England team and help deliver a world class service to our growing customer base. As the face of VTS, you will build a trusted relationship with customers and be responsible for ensuring the post-sale success and satisfaction of VTS accounts. You will be focused on driving a cross-team strategy to make sure your clients are receiving the support they require to be successful with our software & services.  You are driven, business savvy and analytical, and will leverage company-wide resources to ensure every customer in the VTS portfolio is engaged, successful and committed to VTS for life.

The position is a unique opportunity to:

  • Create and execute success plans and set KPIs on a portfolio wide, account and user level
  • Engage with and listen to customers to understand the most valued platform features
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to ensure the VTS roadmap is developed accordingly
  • Educate and train customers on new product features
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer queries and issues are escalated and resolved promptly
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of the VTS platform at all times
  • Partner with sales team to help win new business and identify opportunities for additional revenue within existing accounts
  • Proactively build and manage relationships with your clients through activities such as in person meetings, networking, and industry events

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.A./B.S. in a relevant field and 3+ years experience working in a similar role (ie. Account Management, Customer Success / User Engagement, Analytics) in a SaaS and/or Real Estate environment.
  • Experience successfully managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Highly customer focused, the ability to empathize with customers and a desire to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Experience working across multiple internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable.
  • Team player, reliable and dependable.
  • Analytical, with strong technological proficiency.
  • Experience with Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firms is a plus!
