The primary role of the Account Manager - New Initiatives will be responsible for liaising between Deliveroo and the restaurant partners selected. This role plays a key part in building strategic relationships with our restaurant partners by providing a highly differentiated offering to our customers.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with selected key accounts
  • Liaising with the central account management and business development teams to ensure events run smoothly
  • Creating brand new scalable processes to on­board restaurants that align with the rest of the business
  • Analysing performance to come up with suggestions to increase revenues from existing accounts
  • Building extensive restaurant report to communicate with restaurant partners
  • Assisting with initial restaurant specific marketing activities
