Account Strategist, Tokyo


Responsibilities
 Effectively manage relationships with top advertisers and agencies in order to strengthen the partnership. Drive regular client meetings at different levels in the advertisers organization.
 Ownership of the contact, event and deal information for all client data in the CRM tool.
 Aggressively grow revenue and track retention of clients and/or agencies.
 Optimize accounts toward improved account performance for the customer.
 Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteos service and encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteos products and services.

Requirements
 Four year BA/BS university degree.
 Minimum 10 years' work experience with at least 5 year of internet space or marketing (online or offline) experience.
 Must have ability to asses and resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered in the role and excellent knowledge of the Japanese online market.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 Management experience preferred.
 Business level of English is required.
 Strong analytical and Excel skills.
 Must be proficient in formulas, vlookups and modeling.
 Sales in ad agencies, or experience in analyzing and utilizing SEM, DSP are preferred.
 Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving and ad ops and management experience would be an advantage.
