We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join Translation! Please note that this role is a Hybrid role: three days in office and two days remote. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage, train and develop a small team of Account Managers, with a focus on motivating and retaining talent 
  • Effectively support assigned accounts with the primary goal of fostering strong client relationships and delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Establish senior business relationships within assigned account(s) and be a source of knowledge on all aspects of the clients business including competitors and industry trends 
  • Collaborate with Sales and department leads to understand a project's vision to deliver best-in-class content, campaign performance, and ensure that internal and external KPIs are being met
  • Translate revenue commitments into explicit, achievable deliverables with timelines/key milestones to set and manage client expectations 
  • Work cross-functionally with Project Management, Business Affairs, Social, Sync, Music Licensing, Production, Design, Talent, Product, and Experiential to ensure day-to-day management of deadlines and key campaign milestones
  • Serve as the main point of escalation for any client hiccup and hurdle with a strong solution oriented mindset
  • Partner with Sr. Leadership and the VP of Client Services to develop scalable, cross-functional, efficient work streams starting from initial ideation through final delivery
  • Assist Account Manager(s) with overflow work as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Equal parts strategic thinker, creative problem solver and collaborative team player

  • Strong cross-functional empathy and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and clients at the same time
  • Proven track record of excellent written and verbal communication
  • Holistic approach to campaign management with a strong ability to see how large projects come together across multiple disciplines

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of client service, account management or project management experience within an agency, publisher or tech platform
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Fundamental understanding of branded content, social, product and experiential execution                                                                                   

Preferred Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of music trends and music licensing 
  • Comfortable operating within Google Suite of products
  • Past experience with Financial partners
  • Media, agency or publisher experience is a plus

Salary Hiring Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide (e.g. bonus, stock options, 401(k) match, etc.)

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.  We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. 

The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.  If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.

The salary range above is for the NY/CA.  As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.
