Accounting Specialist (6-month Agency Contract)

We are now looking for an Accounting Specialist to be responsible for processing supplier invoices for some of our companies in the Sinch Group. This is an opportunity to get the chance to join a fast growing global company and to grow and develop professionally. You will have a lot of internal and external contacts and your day will be hectic and various. You will join a group of colleagues who will team up with you and share their knowledge of the job and the company.

As Accounting Specialist you will:

• Handle the full set of accounts includes managing AR, AP, GL accounting records
• Check and verify on all the incoming & outgoing payments
• Process employee claims via Concur
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and month end closing
• Preparation of intercompany reconciliation and netting payments
• Support cashflow forecasting based on corporate treasury guidelines
• Implementation of accounting system, preferably experience in Great Plains
• Assist in audit and year end activities

You have a few years of experience from working with full set of accounts in a global company where English is the working language, and you need to be fluent in English (writing, reading and speaking). If you have a degree in Accounting/Finance, it is a plus. You have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles. To be successful in this role, you are outgoing, meticulous and structured. You have integrity and are interested in working in a fast paced environment.
