Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re looking for a highly-motivated Accounts Payable rockstar to work closely with Accounting and Finance to oversee the payments lifecycle from invoice to payment processing.

What you'll do

• Support the overall Accounting function by owning 100% of accounts payable cycle
• Manage entire vendor cycle including onboarding, invoice processing, and payouts in new procurement system
• Manage employee reimbursement cycle, including processing reports
• Assist with managing rent and utility vendors to assume timely payments
• Help with month-end financial close
• You will help keep accounting velocity at full throttle by managing multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ months experience in accounts payable, accounting or administrative function
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
