Twilio is continuing to grow rapidly and we’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in our EMEA HQ in Dublin.

The position requires this person to be a team player, as well as being able to work effectively and efficiently on their own initiative.

As Accounts Receivable Analyst you have a love for data and reconciliations. You will be responsible for continuing to drive process improvements within the department to continuously improve the efficiency of cash processing and month end close.

Who?

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst you have;

  • 2+ years’ Accounts Receivable experience
  • An Excel wizard, and experienced in working with large volumes of data and providing first class customer service.
  • A desire to maintain and enhance our unique culture and an ongoing desire to strive for continuous improvement by adding your talents to Twilio.

What?

As Accounts Receivable Analyst you are a core member of the Accounting Team.

You will;

  • Focus on day-to-day duties related to cash application, merchant accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Ensure queries are replied to within the required SLA.
  • Your key deliverable will be to ensure all customers cash receipts are accurately applied within the billing system and ERP as part of the month end close process
  • Conducting analysis to help add value through making recommendations to continuously drive performance for all things Accounts Receivable
  • You will be supporting the business through quarterly audit and SOX work.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks as advised by Senior Manager
