Acquisition Marketing Manager - Large Accounts

Finding and delivering prospects into our sales funnel is the critical first step behind building Eventbrite’s sales pipeline. Our success is vital to Eventbrite reaching its growth and revenue goals. This role will lead the execution of our existing lead generation programs and assist in the development of new large-scale lead generation programs, while improving the efficacy and efficiency of what we’re doing today. The right candidate for this role is naturally curious, constantly searches data for opportunities to improve, and understands how to leverage KPIs to monitor and manage our processes, all while being a clear and persuasive communicator. We’re looking for someone who is able to help socialize learnings and processes with Marketing and Sales colleagues globally.

The Large Account Lead Generation Team is responsible for operationalizing our efforts to find and acquire high value event organizers that will convert to our next wave of customers. We work closely with Marketing and Sales teammates to develop and execute increasingly creative strategies that will help us beat our lead goals, ensure we have a steady pipe of highly qualified leads to fuel our sales team, and drive down our cost per lead.

You will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our large account lead generation programs. This includes working with category experts to ensure we hit our quarterly lead goals, working with other partners throughout our sales funnel to ensure that the leads we are generating are of high quality, and communicating our progress throughout the organization.
