Ad Solution Manager

We are looking for an outstanding Ad Solutions Manager to join Spotify’s marketing organization. This individual will act as a creative consultant and product expert for our sales team, positioning our products in the context of advertiser objectives, packaging relevant content and inventory, and developing custom ad program concepts.  

What you’ll do:

  • Generate creative ideas, provide strategic consultation and collateral materials to assist sales team in RFP responses
  • Position our products to our sales teams and to the market, maintaining consistency in product marketing messages and accuracy in technical specifications
  • Liaise with internal teams to develop proactive packages tailored to seasons, tentpole events, verticals, audiences and editorial content
  • Understand and incorporate relevant narratives into proposals and translate insights into sellable program opportunities
  • Present concepts to internal teams and to clients with poise and a solutions-selling approach
  • Collaborate with Client Services Managers and third-party vendors to transition campaigns from pre-sales to production

Who you are:

  • You have a BA or BS degree
  • You have 5-7 years experience on the agency or publisher side
  • You are experienced with working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders, prioritizing deliverables and deadlines
  • You have the ability to synthesize information to determine the best positioning
  • You have demonstrated creativity within platform capabilities
  • You have strong presentation skills
  • You are proficient in Keynote and PowerPoint; basic Photoshop skills
  • You love of a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • You exhibit curiosity, proactively solve problems, and get things done
