Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an upbeat, energetic and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to work in our New York office. Candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills in communicating with clients and co-workers, including excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform administrative responsibilities and work within a team environment.


-Heavy correspondence via phone and e-mail between departments and with clients
-Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
-Maintain contact lists
-Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-Develop and maintain a filing system
-Order office supplies
-Book travel arrangements
-Submit and reconcile expense reports

Desired Skills and Experience: -BS/BA degree is required -At least 2 year administrative experience/ or relevant internship experience

-Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, with the ability to work on deadlines are critical traits for this position

-Ideal candidate will be well organized and detail oriented with superior ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. -Advertising and/or Media experience or interest is a huge plus! -Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, MAC OSX
