This position is based out of our headquarters in Tempe, AZ. We are taking extra precautions, based on CDC guidance, to ensure the safety of our employees. We have supplemented our existing processes with further sanitization efforts, social distancing, and a mandatory face-covering/mask policy while at work. We also require Health & Safety Guideline training for all new hires joining Carvana, to ensure compliance and understanding. 


About the team and position

We’re looking for a Specialist I, Case Team, Titles to join a rapidly growing organization for our title team. The Specialist is responsible for communication with customers and lienholders; supporting the administrative processes to ensure the smooth transition of vehicle ownership.

What you’ll be doing

  • Call/contact customers, banks and/or any other third party to get title resolved in flipping; collect missing documents. 
  • Able to communicate with lienholders regarding title or lien release. 
  • Send paperwork to the DMV to ensure a smooth transaction. 
  • Consistently update internal records to ensure the most up to date information is available in our systems.
  • Persevere through tough challenges and problem solve for issues that arise.
  • Interact and communicate with team members across various lines of the business.
  • Be a high energy, forward-thinking self-starter.
  • Embrace new challenges every day. Being adaptable and flexible are critical!
  • Embrace your mistakes! You’ll inevitably make a few.
  • Help identify what we have missed.

What you should have

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent REQUIRED
  • 1+ years of work experience in an administrative, clerical, or data entry capacity preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
