The Labs team located in Dearborn is seeking Administrative/Concierge support to assist us with a wide variety of responsibilities. The role will support our Associate Directors in the Dearborn office. This role is instrumental in helping the office work more efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with minimal supervision and will be a polished, self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, great judgment, and anticipate and resolve problems before they escalate.



Administrative Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to 2 Associate Directors including but not limited to expense reports, assisting in email responses, appointment scheduling, travel planning, event planning, and managing special projects.
  • Calendar management - including the coordination of complex and multiple participant executive or customer meetings.
  • Assist with pre-meeting preparation & post-meeting notes / prioritization.
  • Assist with the creation of executive meeting briefings and presentations.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties including customer follow up and outreach.
  • Schedule and manage complicated domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Quickly prioritize changing deadlines, and provide project management support

Facilities Responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with global peers regularly to share experiences, and brainstorm on new ideas to ensure consistency of culture and site look and feel.
  • Day-to-day facilities operations with a focus on working with vendor’s service levels and communicating with building management. Includes food service vendors, janitorial, etc.
  • Managing procurement for office requirements
  • Providing Ask Ticket resolution 



  • 3-5 years of related experience, previous experience supporting a Technical/Product organization
  • Proficient with Mac, OS, Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • BA/ BS preferred
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; and superb interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and eager to take on new responsibilities
  • Must listen to direction well and is comfortable asking questions
  • Ability to make decisions independently and prioritize meetings on behalf of the VP
  • Ability to quickly learn and follow organizational policies, practices, and operations
  • Ability to work well across the organization with employees of all levels and in all departments
  • Detail-oriented and customer service focused
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and to be proactive with minimal direction
  • Flexibility with work schedule
