Leading a team of Admissions representatives, the Manager provides training, coaching, and professional development for the team, and drives continual systems adoption and process improvement for in-person Admissions activities.

With developed strengths in performing and enterprising, the team leads high-quality programming on campus for prospective students, contributing directly to qualified pipeline growth for the entire region.

The mission of the Campus Admissions Manager is to lead the team of Campus Admissions representatives to provide exceptional, effective guidance to prospective students on campus, and enroll students who are ready and able to succeed in our accelerated learning programs. Provide the vision, direction, and and leadership needed for representatives to surpass enrollment goals as individuals and as a team



  • On-time staffing with a high bar for Admissions representative output in the first 90 days
  • Consistent high performance in all key funnel metrics, for each representative
  • Exceeding Stretch bookings goals for full-time programs through full pipeline management
  • Continual opportunity pipeline growth through campus lead generation activities for all GA programs (info sessions, trial classes, open houses, campus tours, office hours)
  • Consistent high quality and efficacy in campus lead generation activities

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Full-time lead contact rates in top quartile for company
  • Full-time lead long-term close rates in top quartile for company
  • Sales event lead long-term close rates in top 10% for company
  • Sales event inventory management best practices fully adopted
  • Bookings pacing for full-time programs improves by 15%+ QoQ in 2016


  • Supervises the training of new Admissions Representatives
  • Plans and executes ongoing group training and professional development in Product knowledge and technical and functional skills (call flow/Sales 101, sales event best practices)
  • Coaches and provides feedback to each Admissions Representative, weekly
  • Manages system and process adoption through QA reports, and provides troubleshooting in real time
  • Sets vision and KPIs for sales event operations best practices and execution
  • Communicates with Flex AM and NYC Operations Leadership on resource needs, enrollment pacing, and inventory management recommendations in order to maximize bookings in the region

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience, with success managing development plans for staff
  • Demonstrated track record of training direct reports who go on to succeed
  • Demonstrated success in a sales role; top 15%+ achievement personally or among group
