Delphix is seeking an experienced and results-driven ADR (Account Development Representative) Manager to lead our talented team of ADRs. As the ADR Manager, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth, developing a high-performing team, and contributing to the overall success of our sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of ADRs to achieve their individual and team targets
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive the generation of qualified leads and opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align ADR efforts with overall sales goals
  • Continuously refine and optimize ADR processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline lead-generation efforts
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess ADR performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Foster collaboration and communication between ADRs, sales reps, and other cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to Regional Sales Managers
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance ADR skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sales methodologies to keep the team competitive

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience managing a high-performing ADR team in a B2B technology sales environment
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, demand generation, and sales processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing and interpreting sales data
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales acceleration tools
  • Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of Delphix's solutions and value proposition is a plus
