Our department is a group of advertising and software experts who have taken on the responsibility of getting new customers up and running on the Sprinklr Ads module.  We put our experience in managing clients and Paid Advertising campaigns to use in helping clients learn how to use Sprinklr, set them up to get maximum value from the platform, and build out more complex solutions where they’re needed.  We also have a significant role in guiding the development of the product itself, acting as the voice of our customers in determining what should be prioritized on the roadmap to keep everyone happy.

The team is comprised of client service leads who specialize in listening to clients and coordinating end-to-end engagements, experts in implementing and setting up the platform, and energetic world travelers who love Sprinklr so much they just have to share it.

 

What You'll Do

Getting clients set up on the Sprinklr Ads module takes complex, fast-paced work, and doing it with quality goes a long way to making them happy the first time they log in to use it.  In order to achieve this across a large global roster of customers, you will build, manage, and coordinate engagements across an equally-global team of platform ops professionals.  

What Are Your Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Ads Module’s capabilities, functionality, and nuances and take the lead on matching these to every customer’s use cases (sometimes requiring creativity);
  • Oversee project delivery for implementations of all new clients in region, take active role (or manage team doing so) on these early engagements with clients until they have adopted the platform and are Delighted;
  • Devise efficient processes and team allocations to reduce time of implementation to minimum, including offshore staff involvement and/or product enhancements
  • Serve as Platform expert/liaison for new and emerging capabilities as they are made available, develop use cases and initial client presentations where can make impact to Delight; share with rest of Ads Excellence team and Marketing as necessary;
  • Engage Product Management and Engineering with client specific enhancement requests to deliver against all use cases / functionality needed;
  • Train new clients on both functionality and practical application of ads platform module and reccomend workflow configurations versus business objectives & use cases.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all Sprinklr products and client solutions, both existing and forthcoming, along with competitive products and differentiators to develop and present unique programs that surprise and delight;<b
Preferred Skills: 
  • 2-3+ years of experience in and demonstrable passion for paid media and/or technology, in operations roles with an ads platform (e.g. Facebook or Twitter) or 3rd-party buying tool
  • 1+ years of experience in (Paid) Social Media and tangible past contributions to product development preferred
  • High degree of comfort in operating without perfect clarity or prescribed direction, fueled by a tendency to seek gaps and fill them proactively
  • Strong technical background with advanced computer skills (e.g., Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment both independently and as a member of a team, think creatively to devise solutions without precedent

Your clients feel empowered to utilize our advertising module to the maximum of its ability. They have become internal Sprinklr advertising champions and are strategizing new ways to use our advertising module. They maintain high levels of platform usage for advertising purposes.
