The Team

LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions business enables marketers to connect with the world’s professionals in the most effective way. A major part of this mission is to be the definitive B2B platform, tapping into our hyper growth as a professional content publication platform, and prospect nurturing capability. 

The Role

The Global Agency and Channel Sales team drives revenue by partnering closely with LinkedIn account executives to forge close relationships with key agencies and clients. This role is responsible for ensuring the success of these partnerships and driving revenue by building relationships with key agency stakeholders, evangelizing the LinkedIn product suite and working closely with sales representatives to ensure agency and client needs are met. 


  • Establish strong working relationships across agency partners - from junior to senior levels, with focus on key stakeholders controlling strategy and budget allocation
  • Collaborate with field sales partners to develop account level strategy and specific plans for execution
  • Work cross-functionally with in-market teams, global teams, operations, insights, product, among others in an effort to optimize sales efforts, develop and implement relevant programs, push product updates, improve agency experience and drive education around LinkedIn value and offering
  • Develop expertise pitching LinkedIn value across all relevant categories
  • Negotiate and manage complex agency agreements to completion
  • Regularly interface with key players in the advertising community and represent LinkedIn at industry events 

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 8+ years in digital marketing, advertising or media sales 
  • 8+ years relationship/client management experience
  • 8+ years developing marketing strategies 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Self-motivated with proven track record of performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop solid working relationships inside and outside of LinkedIn
  • Proven success collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Extensive experience and comfort working with various levels on client side
