Ambassadors are key players at Carvana. You're in charge of not only growing the local Carvana name, but preserving it. You are the connecting tissue between the communities we serve, the employees who serve them, and our brand mission. You’ll work closely with the local Operations teams at Carvana, as well as Carvana Marketing HQ to develop and own a local brand marketing strategy, gaining real-world marketing experience along the way. You are a team-player who is able to juggle multiple projects at one time. You will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day.



  • Upholding the quality of the Carvana Customer Experience, Employee Experience, and Community Experience
  • Maintaining a pulse on the culture and employee morale in your regional HUBS
  • Fully understanding Hub operations, with the ability to fulfill customer deliveries when needed
  • Setting the example for exceptional customer experience
  • Coaching and supporting Local Advocates to take ownership of their office Culture and Experience Efforts
  • Ensuring communication and connectivity, between regional Hubs, Carvana HQ, and the communities we serve
  • Develop event activation concepts as well as assess inbound event requests
  • Brainstorm and activate on creative ways to spread the Carvana offering
  • Manage projects, timelines, budgets, strategy and results for successful execution within your local markets
  • Identify and create partnership opportunities in and around your city and region
  • Work and collaborate cross-functionally with brand, design, communications, engagement, etc. to execute programs
  • Analyze event effectiveness and synthesize learnings to share best practices internally and across the organization
