Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

The Sales Analyst II role will support generic sales operations information and data needs, and will be responsible for data quality and integrity in a pricing environment. The role will be responsible for new product launches, registration of products, including preparing HDMA documents and communicating both internally and externally to complete this process.  Completing certain required reports for both internal and external customers in an auditable environment.  Drafting customer proposal letters as needed.  Provides support on ad hoc documentation as needed in a fast paced environment with sometimes short deadlines.

 

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Data gathering/coordinating and analysis to support the objectives of sales operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, leveraging work relationships to gather all pertinent data needed for new product launches.
  • Ad hoc tasks and analyses to support various department requirements.             

 

 

Work Requirements

 

Education           

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Life Sciences required.

 

Special Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of pivot tables and lookups as a minimum centered around accurately gathering and updating routinely used reports and analyses required.

 

Experience        

  • 2-5 years of experience in Generic Pharmaceutical Finance or Sales Operations required.
  • SAP and Cognos BI experience is highly preferred.
