The End User Experience (EUE) team drives technology engagement, adoption and training among employees and supports prioritized business initiatives to ensure a positive end user experience. The team also ensures employees receive the technical support they need to be productive.
The Project Coordinator will drive prioritized EUE projects to completion through planning, tracking tasks, and collaborating with other IT teams as well as across the organization. The project coordinator may also be tasked with smaller initiatives in addition to formal projects to meet quarterly team deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-departmental team members to drive projects to completion:
- Create scope documents, project plans and task lists
- Track task completion, document issues and decisions
- Lead project team meetings and report on project process to EUE leadership team
- Assist with other EUE initiatives as needed, collaborating with other EUE team members on quarterly prioritized work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 1-2 years of project coordination or project management experience
- Experience utilizing standard project management tools and practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Project
- Knowledge of ITIL framework a plus
Protective’s targeted salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees.
This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
