Role Description

We're currently looking for brilliant, energetic, and passionate people who want to help us revolutionize the way we eat.  We’ve got an amazing culture and are making some of the best fried chicken and cheesesteaks you’ve ever eaten! Come help up get the word out!

As one of our first Account Executives, you will plant the Ando flag in uncharted territory and help build the playbook for our future growth operations. You will meet HR and Administrative Executives at companies of all sizes, including Fortune 500, and introduce them to Ando’s menu and catering options. In the process, you'll learn a ton about sales and building a startup from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain agreements from NYC companies within our delivery zone to order lunch and/or dinner from Ando on a regular basis.
  • Meet HR and Administrative Executives in person to evangelize the Ando brand.
  • Manage pipeline of prospects and companies while meeting and exceeding weekly goals
  • Work closely with Lead Generation Associates & Marketing on various projects that are supporting the entire sales team
  • Build the playbook for future sales expansion and growth operations

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four year college with great background
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, with preference for B2B technology sales
  • Exceptionally talented at in person interactions
  • Computer literacy; proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, Google Apps, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com or Hubspot
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
