About the role 

As one of our Recruiters, you will partner with hiring managers, define their hiring strategy, build candidate pipelines, and grow our client teams. This is a full life cycle, high volume, remote recruiter role.

You will:

  • Partner closely with client leadership to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs building strong candidate pipelines
  • Act as a talent advisor and subject matter expert for leadership
  • Take a data driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to partners
  • Contribute to growth by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team
  • Source and identify passive candidates to build teams through use of boolean, online tools, and unique sourcing techniques
  • Identify new ways to build awareness of the client in new hiring markets

  • Able to segment clients to discern relevant requirements given their current growth trajectory
  • Intuitive and methodical, able to determine the different skill sets that allow a candidate to excel in each specific role
  • Driven to find solutions and build programs that result in attracting great talent at all levels
  • Famous for being an amazing partner to your candidates and hiring teams

You have:

  • Semiconductor recruiting experience, preferred
  • High-tech Manufacturing or Light Industrial experience, required
  • Japanese and English written and spoken professional proficiency
  • A desire to represent yourself, RocketPower, and the client with integrity and courtesy
  • An understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
  • Previous startup and/or agency experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ATS applications
  • Experience with G Suite
